ProActive Customer Support gets its own Web Site
Just like Church Secretary for Windows 2014, the latest version of ProActive Customer Support is so different for earlier versions that I decided it needed it's own web site.  In the case of ProActive Customer Support 2014 it was also important to host the new version on a dedicated web site so I could offer those customers that wanted a hosted, web only instant support site that option.  Now for a low monthly amount even small companies can afford to offer their customers (internal or external) a zero install web interface for customer support requests.  Click the Read More link to visit the new web site.

I will soon be releasing Church Secretary for Windows version 2014.  This new version is so totally redesigned just about the only thing I kept from earlier versions was the icon.  In fact because this new version is such a dramatic change from the earlier versions I gave it a web site all it's own.  http://www.churchsecretaryforwindows.com

Check it out.  Don't buy an older version of Church Secretary for Windows when a new and improved version is right around the corner.  However, it will still be a free version upgrade to licensed owners of previous versions.

Several years ago we purchased Church Office Professional and had come to rely on it's stability, efficiency and accuracy. Recently we upgraded our computer and software. We soon discovered the Access 97 database would not open in Access 2003. This was very disappointing, so we promptly contacted Dennis Baggott. We were surprised and impressed with the promptness of his replies! We communicated back and forth via email for approximately 1 week and with Dennis' help, guidance, assistance and caring are now back to being fully functional. The Leeds office of DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary (UK) LLP have now been using Quad Pro 2.0 Helpdesk in our facilities department for 3 months. During that time it is has already proved a valuable tool in organising the team, prioritising workloads and monitoring performance throughout the department's operations. The reports produced directly from Quad have been used by HR, Health and Safety and included in the monthly reports to higher management.
