One of the web pages in the setup posted prior to 2/2/2006 had an anomaly (bug) - The word Normal had single quotes when they should have been double quotes. If you downloaded prior to Feb. 2, 2006 you can manually edit the my request.asp page. NOTE: If you downloaded the trial version from download.com - I just checked it today, 2/15/2006 - that also includes the problem page. I have just released version 2.59 of the AccessAble Help Desk Client Server Edition. Unlike earlier web interface I have developed, in this release I have separate login pages which can be used as a "starting point" for logging in to the web interface. In the past, the login page was called as needed, when access to a web page with a security level check was required. In this version, you may provide a login page as the starting point. Try out the new version pages, I have not included much in the way of sample data, so please feel free to created some of your own. If you create an account, and use your "real" email address you should receive emails generated by the web pages. There are a variety of styles available to registered users of the new version (a free upgrade by the way to licensed users of earlier version of AccessAble Help Desk Client Server Edition).
