SMTP Mail Setup and Test

This screen is used to enter your SMTP mail account information and test the sending of emails.  Unlike earlier versions, and because of the many different email clients in use, I am providing the ability to send an email with request details using SMTP mail configuration.

You do not need to set this screen up if you are not planning on using the Email It button on the Update Request Screen.
